Which Cypress should I choose?
Though they are both from the Cupressaceae family, Blue Cypress and Cypress each have varying constituents, therapeutic properties and aromas. Blue Cypress is a very good anti-inflammatory and anti viral, while Cypress is excellent for the circulatory system and for decongestion of many body system.
