Food allergies are common in those who would likely benefit from this remedy. Of course, food allergies often result in a lack of certain vitamins and minerals in the diet and play are part in the pain experienced. Pain will usually be in the lower back, and sacral area and, at times, be felt in the hips. May often come on suddenly and quite severely but loosen up with movement.
