Manganese, also called the “brain mineral,” aids memory and other brain and nerve faculties, such as balance. It aids in oxygen transfer from lungs to cells, promotes natural immune restoration functions, and strengthens tendons, tissue, ligaments, and linings in and outside of organs. It is the framework material with which calcium, magnesium and other bone building minerals are deposited. Manganese also supports the body's production of superoxide dismutase (SOD), helps break down potentially harmful oxygen molecules in cells.

Ingredients:
Reverse osmosis water and 30 +/- ppm Manganese
Suggested Serving Size:
Adults: 1 tsp. (5ml) daily. Children under 4 years of age: 1/4 tsp (1.2ml) to 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) or as recommended by your health care professional.
