4oz and larger are sold for refilling, they are not intended for daily use. Store product away from direct sunlight with lids tightened to maintain the integrity of the product.

There might be some difference in the properties of the leaves and the flowers but I have used them interchangeably for many years with good results. I prefer the flowers for making a soaked oil and for use with earaches, and the leaf to add to poultices for mastitis or sore muscles.
