If Butterfly carries more than one variety for example Franicense (there are 4). You will now find information to help you decide the best one for you.

-Weight Based Shipping

Butterfly has gone to a weight based shipping as they are now offering larger products including some gallon essential oils, carrier oils, honey and glycerin. 

Can I Still Order On the Old Site?

Both websites will remain up for a while but eventually the old site will not longer be assessible. We would very much appreciate it if after May 1st order were placed on the new site as it will make it easier to figure out your incentives.

How Do I Get Wholesale Pricing?

As long as you use the email that was associated with your account on the old website to create an account on the new website you should get wholesale pricing automatically. If you have any trouble please call the office at 208-747-3021 ext 204

What About My Credit and/or Incentives?

The old site will remain up for a while to give you the chance to redeem them or if you would like them transfered to the new site please email sales@butterflyexpress.net. Be sure to include your username for the old site, your email for the new site and the best phone number to reach you.
