As a massage therapist and energy worker, I rely on this oil most heavily in my work. I notice a marked difference in myself when I use it. I am more clear and focused during my sessions. It is a very sweet fragrance and a high frequency oil. I have had many clients who run on a lower frequency and they detest the smell of the oil. It's definitely an oil with a strong reaction one way or the other. When it sits on my skin I just can't get enough of smelling it. It's like a perfume. But surely not for everyone. I really dislike the smell of the blend "meditation" but those who don't like Benediction seem to like meditation more. They have a similar use in purpose. Take a look at the ingredients, and take a guess. For me, a high frequency running sort of energy worker, this is my choice.
