I purchased a Sample of EZ Traveler after reading about it in the Essential Oil book I purchased from this same site. I was hoping it would help my husband who has severe Restless Legs Syndrome. I didn't tell him what it was for and I put it on his temples and behind his ears before bedtime. This is not unusual, because I often apply wintergreen or L'Emerge for his migraines. My husband said the next morning that he slept about 75% of the time he was trying to sleep, so maybe 6 hours. That is a huge improvement and rarity for him. I'm so excited, I had to Review right away. Ironically, I have read that traditional anti-nausea and motion-sickness pharmaceuticals are typically made with ingredients that tend to antagonize RLS symptoms. So EZ Traveler is a great option to try for people with RLS who are trying to avoid common medications that antagonize their condition. My husband is already taking multiple pharmaceuticals to aid with sleep and other conditions, however, has only improved to about 40-50% sleep of time spent trying to sleep.
