It is especially prized for skin rejuvenation and immune system support. Frankincense Frereana has a softer sweeter aroma and is said to be better for emotional applications while other Frankincenses are better for physical applications. Frankincense Sacra is regarded as the rarest frankincense in the world. It has many spiritual properties associated with it and is highly antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory. Frankincense Serrata is considered to be the least pleasing aromatically, though it is the most inexpensive of the Frankincenses.
