Ingredients:
Reverse osmosis water and 350 +/- ppm Magnesium

Suggested Serving Size:
Adults: 1 tsp. (5ml) daily. Children under 4 years of age: 1/4 tsp (1.2ml) to 1/2 tsp. (2.5ml) or as recommended by your health care professional.

I like to take magnesium in the evening but after having surgery a few years ago when they pushed over my esophagus I guess to get to the disc in my neck and every since I have had trouble swallowing capsulesâ¦ So if I donât take a magnesium capsule early enough in the evening it sticks in my throatâ¦So when I got the liquid magnesium I donât have to worry about having a capsule stuck in my throat

A few weeks ago our daughters doctor asked if we could get some Magnesium supplements to help bring hers up...it was down a bit and the doctor didn't want to use what the clinic uses because it absorbs in the NG tube. I told the doctor we have some and she said great. She asked where we got it from and of course I told the doctor from Butterfly Express!!ð She asked about the company and was a little hesitant because she hasn't heard of the Butterfly Express company before. Fast forward a week and guess what...our daughters Magnesium is back up in range!!!!ð I couldn't help but not grin really big to the doctor!!ð We have all the Minerals and lâ¤ï¸ve them!! They may look like only a liquid but we have blood test results that show they work!!ð Also we have blood test results that the Herb Tinctures work too!!ð Thank you Butterfly Express family for all that you do for us all and our families!!â¤ï¸

I love liquid minerals. I love the easy of taking this and the taste isn't too bad either. I use it often and it helps so much with my headaches.

I just have to give a rave review of the Butterfly Express minerals. They are amazing!!!! I am especially in love with the Magnesium for so many different reasons. After taking it in pill form for years, I can tell you the different I can feel of just switching over to the liquid form with just 1 tsp. in the morning and 1/2 tsp. at night. So great!!
