I suddenly came down with mucus in the lung, an irritated throat, and headache. (My colds and flus don't usually start that way). I took my usual cold medicines (echinachia goldenseal caps, Emergen-C, zinc, and mint tea with raw honey) with not much success in beating this thing. Then the body aches came. I usually put Deeper lotion on my chest or some other mentholative lotion on, but decided to try Stefanie. I lathered it all over my chest, my cheeks to my ears and forehead (sinus cavities), my throat (lymph), and put the Spice-C on the back of my neck and as far down my back as I could reach. I put the Stefanie oil in my diffuser, and the lung mucus stopped! My nose and ear cleared up, body aches gone (I did take an Excedrine to get rid of the body aches long enough to sleep). I AM SO AMAZED!!!! In less than a day my symptoms are gone! I will still keep resting, but holy cow, I feel completely better, and Stefanie oil was the only thing I did different. And I ordered another bottle ☺
