Symptoms of deficiency include hair loss, acne, poor appetite, poor night vision, paranoia, frequent infections, problems with the senses of taste and smell, slow healing of wounds, urinary tract infection, body odor (feet mostly), brittle or white spotted nails, fatigue, diarrhea, and anorexia.
