I received this blend as a Sample in my first order. I historically use Wintergreen from a different brand on my husband's head when he has an aura or a migraine has already onset. I wasn't sure how to use this Sample of Le'Emerge yet but I used it since it was closer and the Wintergreen was upstairs. My husband instantly preferred this blend instead of the Wintergreen and other oils I have used from other brands in the past. He likes the aroma and felt like it helped more than other products I've tried before. I know this isn't advertised to work for migraine. But I wanted to share in case it helps someone else. I did not dilute this blend first, and he did not have any adverse effects. I would recommend diluting this blend in a carrier oil since it was potent for topical application, but not required per my experience. I will be ordering the book about how to use Essential Oils to learn more about how to use this blend and how to use Butterfly Expression brand products. Very pleased with first order and likely a lifetime customer.
